Ok, now that the game is done, I am asking my dear friends for suggestions on what video card to buy. I think I am ok with the CPU power as I am running an AMD XP Barton 2800+ (2.09GHz) with 1 GB of RAMM.
So, I am wondering what I should be looking at for a good Video Card?

Posted by: Darren at July 20, 2004 09:43 AMI have the 9800 pro, which is a great card, but I'd say wait a little longer and see what happens when it comes out. There might be a drop in current prices as gamers rush to buy the new gen ati/nvidia, or not.
Did you see the techtv footage? It's on the doom3.com site under media IIRC.
