Lindamen
Well Tyler and I were bored, and had some time on our hands so we decided to do Lindamen Lake on Friday the 13th.
We have been as previously mentioned, hiking quite a bit so we got overly confident. This hike is supposed to take over an hour, but we blasted up the first half without any regard for pace and saving energy for the STEEP section. Least to say we were kind of rubber legged when we reached the top, making the lake in 40 minutes. What a view when you get there though. The lake is only the first of two on this trail; we plan to make Greendrop later this month.
Posted by Muckhead at August 16, 2004 10:28 PMGreendrop is a really beautiful little lake... the hike up isn't all that bad: there's a little scramble over some talus (rocks), but they're pretty big and easy to traverse.
