Empty again

It seems like it has been awhile since my last post, especially since I have an empty looking page. Well here it is then:

I have sort of plateued on the weight loss thing, but I have however continued to loose inches. The total is now over 54 inches of accumulated weight loss and I am as of this week starting to loose weight once again.

My goal now is to loose 100 pounds by Christmas.

More to come, including some before and after pictures as earlier promised.

Keep in mind that as you continue working out, you will gain muscle, which will actually add back to your weight. You're better to aim for losing inches, rather than pounds - you'll be much happier with the results, I think.
