NEVER GET A NOSE BLEED WHEN SLEEPING WITH A GRIZZLY!
I had the weirdest dream last night where I was sleeping in the wilderness, possibly hiking or camping, and I was freezing cold. A bear curled up beside me in the middle of the night and kept me warm. At some point I had an irritation in my mouth and picked my teeth with a straw from my pocket. I dropped the straw which apparently had some blood from my gum.
The straw landed on the Bear's nose awaking him INSTANTLY, and obviously arousing his primal urge to hunt, kill, devour. He started sniffing then licking the straw, then in a final act of terror, he stared me eye to eye as he was obviously picking up the smell from my mouth of the fresh delicious blood. The last thing I heard before i woke up was what I believe to be the rumbling of his stomach.
Weird huh? Well not really, I have been plagued by Bear dreams. I know an individual that knows local Shaman and they say the woods in this area are filled with Bear Magic from thousands of years ago, and that the Bear is a very predominant figure in dreams.
